Try amazon.com. The little downloader is very nice, the music is not DRM encoded (so you can transfer it/play it anywhere without having to FIDDLE WITH IT first), the rates are just as cheap as iTunes (and sometimes cheaper) and the selection gets better by the week. Best of all you don't have to read any friggin' license agreements. Though personally I find the 'not DRM encoded' and 'Amazon keeps track of your order history' the best, because it means that should my hard drive crash with un-backed-up music on it, I have a list RIGHT THERE of what I've bought so I can replace it.

Wow, that sounds incredibly frustrating. It’s almost comical—if it weren’t happening to you—that Apple expects anyone to read a 23-page, 110-kilobyte legal tome and then punishes you with a session timeout for actually trying to do it. The whole “I agree that I have read this” checkbox becomes a joke when the system makes it practically impossible to comply in good faith. And the fact that their “printable version” isn’t even synced with the in-app version? That’s just sloppy. You’re right—if they can’t keep their own terms updated in two places, how are users supposed to figure out what changed? It really feels like they rely on people not reading the fine print, while still demanding your signature on it every few months. The part about the back button being disabled is peak absurdity. You try to follow the rules, and their answer is basically: “Oops, you took too long. Start over—and good luck finding that song again.” Meanwhile, the app is clearly still logged in and recognizes you, so the timeout excuse doesn’t even hold water. It’s a shame, too, because you’d expect better from a company that prides itself on user experience. When a long-time fan starts feeling pushed away by a wall of legal jargon and broken design decisions, that’s not a great sign. Smooth move, indeed. Honestly, no one should have to go through all that just to buy a song. It's almost like Apple is daring customers to look elsewhere. Regards, https://www.arlingtondrywallpros.com
